In addition to being the Music Director at Highlands, Emily Stover is a full time K-6 Elementary Music Teacher at Explore Elementary in Thornton, part of the Mapleton Public School system. Before moving to the Denver area in 2018 she was the Music Director at St. Matthews Lutheran Church in Princeton, Illinois for eight years. She received her Bachelor's of Music Education at Millikin University in Decatur, IL in 2009, and her Master's in Arts Administration from Goldsmiths University of London, UK in 2014. When she's not making or teaching music, she is probably playing board games or hiking in the mountains with her husband, Brandon.
